Lake's Edge

Lake's Edge is a five bedroom five and a half bathroom mountain home located next to Lake Disharoon, the beach, water slide, outdoor pool, and fitness center with indoor pool managed by Mountain Home Rentals of Georgia.
The main entrance with only three steps has a half bath on the right, fully furnished kitchen with Keurig coffee maker on the left, open to a great room with wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV. The dining room that seats 6 to 8 people is open to the kitchen and great room, screened porch, and deck with a great lake and mountain view. The master is on this main floor with a king bed and TV adjourning the master bath with a jetted tub and walk in shower. There is a stacked washer dryer in the laundry room.
The downstairs has a king bed bedroom with shower and toilet separate from the vanity and a bedroom with two twin beds with shower tub combination bathroom. There is a recreation room with a large flat screen TV with porch and lower deck.
Upstairs has two queen bedrooms with TVs and adjourning bathrooms with tub shower combinations.

Big Canoe is a 9,000 acre wildlife gated community in the hard wood forest of the Blue Ridge mountains just north of Atlanta. We have two outdoor swimming pools, a beach, swimming lake, water slide, lake slides, canoes, and paddle boats. There is a stocked with trout fishing lake, marina, and rental boats available. Big Canoe has over twenty four miles of maintained hiking trails and plenty of wild life including deer, black bears, bald eagles,osprey, and turkey. As a renter, you have access to all of the Big Canoe amenities paid directly to each amenity. I'm sorry, but we do not offer any passes with the rental.

Recent Review: We recently stayed at Lake's Edge. We had five couples and the accommodations were fantastic. The decks and the views were awesome. The house was nicely decorated and bedrooms were very comfortable. Our hikers loved being so close to the paths. Would definitely stay there again.
